TV show description:
For this reality TV series, the Ford Motor Company partners with NBC and Telemundo’s mun2 network. The show features six teams as they compete in a unique road-trip competition with real-world challenges.
Hosted by reality TV show personality Rossi Morreale, six pairs of people take part in the nationwide collaborative competition, each in a 2013 Ford Escape. The teams work with their online fans to conquer various challenges and tasks in order to win prizes. The teams play to win the ultimate reward of $100,000 and their own Escape vehicle.
Viewers sign up to join a team via EscapeRoutes.com. Then, they can help their team decipher clues and puzzles in weekly and daily challenges, through live-streaming video of their drivers. In addition to helping the drivers of their team, viewers can earn points and enter to win their own Ford Escape.
After every episode, followers are invited to tune in to watch Escape Routes After Dark with the drivers and digital host iJustine from YouTube.
Episode six
Drew and Derek emerge as the winners of the $100,000 cash prize and a pair of 2013 Ford Escapes.
