Expedition X: Season 11; Discovery Channel Releases Premiere Date & Trailer for Josh Gates Series

Expedition X TV Show on Discovery Channel: canceled or renewed?

Expedition X is returning next month with its eleventh season. Discovery Channel released a trailer to announce the series’ return date. This season, viewers will see Jack Osborne appear as a special guest.

Discovery Channel shared the following about the upcoming season:

“Descend into the eerie side of the unknown when an all-new season of EXPEDITION X premieres Wednesday, January 7 at 9PM ET/PT on Discovery Channel. Adventurer Josh Gates teams up with paranormal investigator Heather Amaro and scientist Phil Torres once again for all-new spine-tingling quests that push the boundaries of the strange and supernatural, as they explore reports of a colossal cat-like ape-beast lurking in the Pacific Northwest, as well as Trinidadian demons said to crave human souls and ghostly unrest enveloping the historic town of Gettysburg, PA, among others.

In the season premiere, special guest and paranormal investigator Jack Osbourne teams up with Heather Amaro in Vulture City, AZ – a former old west gold mining village that brings new meaning to the term “ghost town.” With its violent and bloody past, Vulture City is rife with paranormal activity from phantom voices to shadow figures, poltergeist activity and even a possessed doll. Inside the haunted ruins, Amaro and Osbourne capture bone-chilling activity indicative of the town’s horrendous history. But an ancient legend surrounding the land unveils another layer of fear and darkness. Do the vengeful spirits of the town’s brutal past still linger or has something bigger and even more evil taken over, driving them into hiding?
