Family Matters was a staple of the TGIF line-up, and the home featured in the opening credits of the family sitcom is about to be demolished.
Curbed Chicago reported that a demolition permit has been granted to tear the home featured on the ABC series down. The outlet reported that the possibly of renovating the home was not considered. A three unit structure will be built on the location, and framed photos of the former home will be placed inside.
