Andy Garcia is headed to Fantasy Island. Deadline reports the Ballers star has joined the upcoming HBO movie My Dinner With Hervé.
From Sacha Gervasi, the film is based on the life of Fantasy Island co-star Hervé Villechaize. The movie stars Peter Dinklage as Villechaize and Jamie Dornan as struggling journalist Danny Tate. The rest of the cast includes Mireille Enos, Oona Chaplin, Harriet Walter, and David Straithorn.
Garcia will play Villechaize’s Fantasy Island co-star Ricardo Montalban in My Dinner With Hervé. The two starred on the ABC TV show, which ran for seven seasons before ending in 1984.
HBO has not yet announced a premiere date for My Dinner With Hervé.
