Fargo is getting ready for its big return, and the series has recast someone appearing in the fourth season, per a Deadline report. Karen Aldridge is joining the series as Zelmare Roulette. Uza Aduba was cast in that same role in September. Aldridge joins Chris Rock, Jason Schwartzman, Ben Whishaw, Jack Huston and Jessie Buckley on the new season.
The fourth season of the FX drama is set in 1950. Deadline shared the following about the new season:
“In Kansas City, two criminal syndicates — one Italian, led by Donatello Fadda, one African American, led by Loy Cannon (Rock) — have struck an uneasy peace, which the heads of both families have cemented by trading their youngest sons.”
An exact premiere date for the new season of Fargo has not yet been set, but the series will return in 2020.
