Sela Ward is headed back to CBS. Deadline reports the CSI: NY star has joined the network’s upcoming TV show, FBI.
From Dick Wolf, the crime drama “chronicles the inner workings of the New York office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.” The cast includes Missy Peregrym, Zeeko Zaki, Jeremy Sisto and Ebonée Noel.
It’s unclear who Ward will be playing on FBI, but she is taking over for Connie Nielsen, who starred in the CBS series pilot. A premiere date has not yet been announced.
