What’s in store for Feud? Recently, Ryan Murphy discussed his plans for the upcoming FX TV series, via The Hollywood Reporter.

Season one of the drama explores the famous feud between actresses Bette Davis (Susan Sarandon) and Joan Crawford (Jessica Lange) on the set of the 1962 film What Ever Happened to Baby Jane?. The cast also includes Kathy Bates, Alison Wright, Sarah Paulson, and Molly Price.

During this week’s Television Critics Association press tour, Murphy revealed he is planning future seasons, but they won’t necessarily take place in Hollywood.

From THR:

When discussing potential future seasons of the drama, Murphy said they would not be set in Hollywood and would not center on women. One possibility is a story set in the 16th century, but he is also going out to friends in the industry like Mark Ruffalo about what other famous feuds might be worth bringing to the small screen.”

Feud debuts on FX on March 5th at 10 p.m. ET/PT.
