Tyler Hilton has landed a role in The Fluffy Shop TV series pilot for ABC. According to Deadline, he is replacing Paul Walter Hause, who had originally been cast as the character Memo. Hilton played Charlie Arthurs on Extant, which was cancelled after two seasons on CBS.
In The Fluffy Shop Gabriel Iglesias stars as Gabe. Hilton’s Memo is described as “high-spirited, earnest and sincere, he is Gabe’s oldest and most loyal friend.” Loosely based on his own life, Iglesias wrote the script with Tim Doyle and Jay Lavender. Doyle will serve as showrunner for the comedy.
