On ABC, the one network to air all originals, Shark Tank started the night with a 1.8 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 6.37 million total viewers. That was essentially on par with last week’s installment. That was followed by Primetime with a 1.3 rating (-7% week-to-week change) and 4.67 million. At 10pm, it was 20/20 with a 1.4 rating (+17%) and 4.67 million.
On CBS, a repeat of NCIS drew a 1.2 rating with 7.6 million. A new episode of CSI: NY followed with a 1.4 rating (+17%) and 9.4 million and then, Blue Bloods with a 1.4 rating (+17%) and 10.46 million viewers. With these gains, it seems the CBS schedule may be benefiting from Made in Jersey’s absence.
On NBC, a rerun of The Voice garnered a 1.1 rating with 3.51 million. A new installment of Grimm drew a 1.5 demo rating (-6%) with 4.95 million. It was followed by Dateline with a 1.3 demo rating (0% week-to-week change) and 4.7 million.
On FOX, an encore of The X Factor drew a 0.8 rating with 2.42 million viewers. At 9pm, Fringe attracted a 1.0 demo rating (0% change) and 2.71 million.
And on The CW, we had repeats of Arrow (0.6 in the demo with 2.02 million) and Beauty and the Beast (0.4 rating with 1.42 million).
What do you think? Do you think the ratings for Fringe and Grimm have settled into these levels for the season? Should The CW keep airing repeats and dump America’s Next Top Model (which returns next week)? Is CBS better off without Made in Jersey? What were you watching last night?
