Netflix is headed to the wild wild west. Entertainment Weekly has released exclusive new photos from the streaming service’s new historical drama, Frontier.
The series stars Game of Thrones alum Jason Momoa.
From Rob and Peter Blackie, Frontier will center on the rough and often violent North American fur trade of the late 18th century. In addition to Momoa, the series stars Alun Armstrong, Zoe Boyle, and Landon Liboiron.
The series is the first original scripted series for Discovery Canada. It will be released on Netflix in the United States sometime later this year.
