Game of Thrones: Season Six Photo Shows Bran Stark

Game of Thrones TV show on HBO: season 6 (canceled or renewed?)

Isaac Hempstead-Wright’s Bran Stark was last seen on HBO‘s Game of Thrones, in the season four finale. After being off screen for a year, the boy is set to return in season six. Entertainment Weekly (EW) has tweeted a photo of the now 16 year old character. Check it out, below.

When last we left wee Bran, he met the Three-Eyed Raven, then played by Struan Rodger. Variety reports Max von Sydow will assume that role, in the sixth season of Game of Thrones.

Variety reports:

Hempstead-Wright confirmed his return to the HBO series earlier this year, telling the Irish Examiner “I am back this season and it’s going to get particularly interesting with Bran … he has some interesting visions.”

Game of Thrones, season six, is set to premiere on HBO in April, 2016. An exact date has not yet been announced. A couple of weeks ago, we reported that filming for the sixth season of Game of Thrones was wrapping up.
