Gilmore Girls: Netflix Revival to Feature a Wedding?

Gilmore Girls

Will there be wedding bells in Netflix’s upcoming Gilmore Girls revival? Recently, Cosmopolitan posted a photo that suggests the new season might feature some nuptials.

The new, four-episode season is currently filming.

During a tour of Warner Bros. Studio, one fan took a photo of a lamp featuring a the Gilmore Girls logo and a the word “wedding.” Now, this doesn’t necessarily mean anything.

As of right now, all that’s been confirmed is the series will pick up in present day, nine years after the original CW show was cancelled in 2007. Additionally, the four episodes will be 90 minutes each and set in the four seasons, “Winter,” “Spring,” “Summer,” and “Fall.”

So far, most of the original cast members are returning, including the big four: Lorelai (Lauren Graham), Rory (Alexis Bledel), Emily (Kelly Bishop), and Luke (Scott Patterson).

No word yet on when the reboot will debut.

What do you think? Are you a Gilmore Girls fan? What do you hope happens in the revival? Do you think Luke and Lorelai are getting married?
