Is there more Gilmore Girls on the way? Recently, Netflix posted a tweet hinting at a possible second season of the revival series, Huffington Post reports.
The four-part reboot Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life was released in November and featured the return of original cast members Lauren Graham, Alexis Bledel, Kelly Bishop, Scott Patterson, Matt Czuchry, Milo Ventimiglia, Keiko Agena, and Sean Gunn.
[SPOILERS AHEAD] At the end of Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life, Rory (Bledel) revealed something massive—she’s pregnant! And while that ending could just be the end, many fans saw it as a cliffhanger that could lead to more episodes. Now, Netflix has chimed in.
This week, the streaming platform posted a tweet asking who Rory’s baby daddy is: Logan? Paul? or “A Guy Dressed in a Wookie Costume?” And while this could just be Netflix referencing an earlier Gilmore Girls moment, when April finds out Luke is her father in season six, many believe the post could be hinting at a second season.
Either way, no announcement has made regarding more episodes of Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life. Though, creator Amy Sherman-Palladino has said that she’s open to the idea of more.
