The Gilmore Girls revival is still filming, and there are new details about the revival now available. Sutton Foster played coy when she spoke about her time on set, but Playbill has now revealed her role in the revival for Netflix.
She will appear as one of the stars in a musical that will be featured in the Gilmore Girls: Summer episode. A new photo for the revival released earlier this week do show Patty and Babette sitting at a table with a sign that mentionsauditioning for a musical.
Jeanine Tesori, the composer of Fun Home, is writing music for the musical, and Foster will be joined by Christian Borle and Kerry Butler.
The Gilmore Girls revival will wrap production on May 10, and Melissa McCarthy has also officially signed on for the revival as well.
