Girls wrapped on HBO last weekend, and fans of the series almost saw a very different scene in the ending episode. Jenni Konner, the co-showrunner and an executive producer on the series, spoke with TV Line about the final scene fans almost saw.
Konner said the following about the HBO series:
“It was mainly Hannah eating and then realizing she has no money and skipping out on the check. Just part of her long day.”
