Girls: Two Characters Who Won’t Be in the HBO Series Finale

What’s in store for the end of Girls? According to EW, the upcoming HBO series finale will only feature two of the four leading characters.

After six seasons, the comedy is ending on April 16th. The cast includes Lena Dunham, Allison Williams, Jemima Kirke, Zosia Mamet, Adam Driver, Alex Karpovsky, Andrew Rannells, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach.

On her Instagram, Dunham revealed that the penultimate episode of Girls (which aired on April 9th) marks the final appearance of both Mamet and Kirke’s characters, Shoshanna and Jessa.

The final episode of Girls debuts on HBO on April 16th at 10 p.m. ET/PT.
