Good Morning America is turning 40 years old this November. As such, the ABC news and talk show will be celebrating this momentous anniversary with a 40-hour telecast, beginning November 17th and ending November 19th.
The mega marathon will not only feature current anchors Robin Roberts, George Stephanopoulos, Lara Spencer, Amy Robach, and Ginger Zee but a whole host of special guests as well.
David Hartman and Nancy Dussault, who hosted the show when it premiered in 1975, will appear in addition to several previous anchors like Diane Sawyer, Sam Champion, and Charles Gibson. Not to mention, One Direction will perform and the cast of The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 will discuss the upcoming film.
The special telecast will air on ABC starting at 5 p.m. on November 17th and end at 9 a.m. on November 19th. The event will also be live-streamed on ABC’s website.
