The Gospel of Kevin has some new company. Deadline reports Vice Principals star Kimberly Hébert Gregory will replace Cristela Alonzo on the upcoming ABC TV show.
The dramedy stars Jason Ritter as Kevin Finn, “a cluelessly self-serving person” who is tasked with saving the world by a mysterious, celestial being. The cast also includes JoAnna Garcia Swisher, J. August Richards, Chloe East, Dustin Ybarra, and India de Beaufort.
On The Gospel of Kevin, Gregory will play Yvette, a “warrior for God” who explains Kevin’s sacred task to him. The new series is set to debut this fall on ABC.
