A familiar face is soon headed to Gotham. TVGuide reports Harley Quinn may appear in the season three finale of the FOX TV series.
A Batman prequel, the drama follows a young Detective James Gordon (Ben McKenzie) as he deals with the many villains of Gotham City, including The Penguin, Catwoman, The Joker, Poison Ivy, and The Riddler. The cast also includes Donal Logue, Morena Baccarin, Sean Pertwee, Robin Lord Taylor, Erin Richards, and Cameron Monaghan.
During this month’s Television Critics Association press tour, EP John Stephens revealed Harley Quinn could appear in Gotham’s season three finale and be the launching point for season four of the FOX show:
We’ll be seeing a Killer Croc proto-vision. We’ll also be seeing a character who, maybe not this season, but in time to come, can be seen as a forerunner to Harley Quinn. … We might see [her] in Episode 22. It’s crazy.”
