Guy’s Grocery Games: Food Network Series Returns for All-Star Tournament

Guy’s Grocery Games is coming back, and this time it will be with a four-week all-star tournament. The series will arrive on March 18.

Food Network revealed more about the return of the series in a press release. Check that out below.

“On this epic four-part tournament, Guy Fieri brings back the best chefs from Diners Drive-Ins and Dives, who have previously competed on Guy’s Grocery Games, for another chance at victory, beginning on Sunday, March 18th at 9pm ET/PT. In each episode of Guy’s Grocery Games: DDD All-Star Tournament, four veteran chefs will put their shopping and cooking skills to the test in three rounds of the hardest games the Flavortown Market has ever seen. At home, viewers can test their supermarket smarts at FoodNetwork.com/GroceryGames, and can share their results on social media using #GroceryGames.

On the tournament premiere, the competitors John Conley (Flagstaff, AZ), “Panini” Pete Blohme (Fairhope, AL), Louis Remilliard (Las Vegas, NV), and Jazz Singsanong (Los Angeles, CA) must race the lunch rush to deliver a signature burger in only 15 minutes. In the second round, Guy challenges their abilities to recreate top-selling dishes from their restaurants, with only an extreme budget to spend on their ingredients. Last, it is comfort food favorites, where the chefs must mash up diner classics into one finished plate. The one that wins will move on to the finale on Sunday, April 8th at 9pm ET/PT, featuring three new rounds of nail-biting aisle challenges.

John Atkinson (Manhattan Beach, CA), Sam Auen (Des Moines, IA), Aristo Boutsikakis (Salt Lake City, UT), Peter Campbell (Minneapolis, MN), Domenica Catelli (Geyservill, CA), Crystal De Luna Bogan (Nashville, TN), Jay Hajj (Boston, MA), and Bobby Marcotte (Raymond, NH) are also put to the test in grueling aisle games. Throughout the tournament the rotating panel of judges, including Troy Johnson, Aaron May, Carl Ruiz, Aarti Sequeira, and Justin Warner will decide who will take home $10,000 each week and earn a coveted spot in the grand finale for a chance to earn an additional $20,000 and become the Triple-D, Triple-G, Triple Threat!”
