Matthew Lillard is heading to AMC. Entertainment Weekly reports the actor has been cast in season three of Halt and Catch Fire.
Set in the ’80s, the tech drama explores the rise of the personal computer. The cast includes Lee Pace, Scoot McNairy, Mackenzie Davis, and Kerry Bishé.
In season three, Lillard will play “Ken Diebold, a slickly dressed, self-assuredly confident, undeniably cool businessman who’s also a key investor in Joe’s (Pace) fledgling software venture.”
Season three of Halt and Catch Fire debuts with a two-hour premiere on August 23rd.
