The United Nations is getting their own TV show. Deadline reports RatPac Entertainment is developing a series about UN workers titled In Harm’s Way.
From David Raymond, the scripted, multi-platform project will “dramatize true stories of UN staff who risk their lives working to ensure that the organization fulfills its mandate.”
Raymond will write the first season, which will focus on the 1999 East Timor crisis. This is the first time the United Nations has collaborated on a TV series.
