The CW is going to hell. Deadline reports the network is developing a new series called Hellmart.
From Ben and Dan Newmark, the hour-long dramedy “follows a group of characters who live and work at Hellmart, a department store in hell’s waiting room (a purgatory-like realm here on Earth). Each week, our group helps a recently deceased person fix their failures from life in the hope of getting sent to heaven.”
The Newmarks will executive produce the project alongside Eric Tannenbaum and Kim Tannenbaum.
