Hell’s Kitchen: Season 11 Ratings

The 11th season of Hell’s Kitchen airs on Tuesday nights on FOX. Below are the TV show’s ratings for the 2012-13 season. They’re typically the best way to tell if a show will be cancelled or renewed for another season but FOX has already ordered a 12th season of Hell’s Kitchen.

Reference point: The 10th season of Hell’s Kitchen aired on Monday and Tuesday nights. The Monday episodes averaged a 2.6 demo rating with 6.13 million viewers. The Tuesday episodes averaged a 2.3 demo rating with 5.60 million viewers.

These are different from the fast affiliate numbers which are just estimates of the actual ratings and are reported on by most other outlets. The final nationals are typically released within 24 hours of the programming or, in the case of weekends and holidays, a couple days later.
