Amazon is getting grateful. The Grateful Dead that is. According to the Hollywood Reporter, the streaming service is developing a mini-series based on the influential rock band.
The series is based off Steve Parish’s 2003 book, Home Before Daylight: My Life on the Road with The Grateful Dead, about his time working as a roadie for the band.
One of the Grateful Dead’s founding members, Bob Weir, is set to executive produce with Parish.
