I Ship It: Season Two of CW Series Delayed Until Summer 2019

I Ship It! TV show on The CW: (canceled or renewed?)

Fans of I Ship It will have to wait a little bit longer. The CW just announced the TV show’s second season has been pushed back to this summer.

The musical comedy series follows Ella (Helen Highfield), “a fangirl and aspiring writer … [who] writes fanfiction for her favorite TV show, ‘Superstition,’ and dreams of one day making her fantasies a reality.” The cast also includes Riley Neldam, Jazz Raycole, and Yasmine Al-Bustami.

Previously, The CW announced season two of I Ship It would premiere in April. However, now the new season has been postponed to this summer. The network has not yet announced a new premiere date, but season one is currently streaming on CW Seed.

I SHIP IT (The CW) – The series, previously scheduled for Friday nights from April 19 to May 24, has been pushed to the summer. Back-to-back repeats of “Whose Line Is It Anyway” will now fill the 9:00/8:00c hour during said period.”
