Series creator Dominic Mitchell has expressed interest and hope in reviving In the Flesh in some form. Unfortunately, he hasn’t had much luck so far and recently tweeted that making that happen takes “financing and distribution. That takes time & investment.”
He recently took to Twitter to share some clues about what might have been for the series. He assured fans “Not to worry. These are just teasers. I won’t ruin any endings by tweeting about it. Promise.”

When asked if he’d consider wrapping up the story in comic book/graphic novel form, Mitchell said, “I’d never rule out any of those opinions. However the cast & crew were so important to the success of In the Flesh.
