After returning from an expedition with a rare artifact, Jackie Chan (himself) is recruited by a secret government agency known as Section Thirteen. Working under Captain Black (Clancy Brown), Jackie initially races against the Dark Hand crime syndicate to find twelve magic Talismans and discover their powers. Jackie’s job would be a lot easier if he didn’t have to care for his impetuous niece Jade (Stacie Chan), who has just arrived from Hong Kong.
