“This is the story of a man, a man destined to be a hero.” ABC has released a new preview of their upcoming biblical drama, Of Kings and Prophets.
The series stars Ray Winstone, Olly Rix, and Mohammad Bakri.
From Adam Cooper and Bill Collage, Of Kings and Prophets tells the familiar tales of Saul (Winstone), the first king of the Israelites, David (Rix), a young shepherd who becomes the next king, and the prophet Samuel (Bakri).
Of Kings and Prophets premieres March 8th at 10 p.m. ET/PT.
