Get ready to see a whole lot of kissing. FYI has ordered a new reality series that will involve blindfold kissing. Kiss Bang Love is based on a Danish series that wrapped earlier this month. Overseas, the series was not picked up for another season.
On this series, singles will kiss ten contestants while blindfolded, and select two for romantic dates. At the end of the episode, viewers will see if a love match has been made.
According to Deadline, ten episodes of the series have been ordered for season one, and Rachel DeAlto will offer the singles advice during the process. She will also host the series.
Gena McCarthy said the following about the new series:
“FYI continues to pioneer and re-invent the relationship genre. In Kiss Bang Love, we explore whether blind physical chemistry can pre-determine romantic success.”
