The Last Ship will return with its fourth season this summer! No need to worry about season four ending the series either. Production is already ongoing for season five, and someone new is joining the cast in a recurring role for season five.
Deadline reported that Thomas Calabro will recur on the fifth season of the TNT series. He is best known for his role of Michael Mancini on Melrose Place. In recent years, he has appeared on Hit the Floor and The New Edition Story.
Per Deadline, Calabro will appear on the series as “Gen. Don Kinkaid, who is in charge of the new, smaller Army that the U.S. has built up in the years since the end of the plague.”
