Will Professor X make an appearance on Legion? Recently, Patrick Stewart discussed the possibility of guest starring on the FX series.
Based on the Marvel Comics, the drama follows David Haller (Dan Stevens), the son of Professor X who is diagnosed as schizophrenic but may actually be a powerful mutant. The cast also includes Aubrey Plaza, Bill Irwin, Jeremie Harris, Amber Midthunder, Katie Aselton, and Jean Smart.
Stewart, who plays Professor X in the X-Men movie franchise, recently appeared on an episode of The Late Late Show with James Corden with Legion star Dan Stevens. When Stevens asked if Stewart would reprise his X-Men role for the FX series, Stewart immediately answered “absolutely.”
