From TLC:

[Los Angeles, CA] – TLC’s veteran series LITTLE PEOPLE, BIG WORLD returns Tuesday, November 22nd at 8/7c, with all new challenges on the farm that rock the family dynamics with lasting effects. Matt and Amy continue to live their separate yet interconnected lives; Matt having to slow down post-surgery, and Amy full steam ahead with her next chapter. This all while managing the emotional and operational challenges of running the farm.

In the season premiere episode, Matt gets ready to undergo a life-changing spinal procedure in Los Angeles. As the family prepares for the worst, another major event shakes the farm to the core. Amy, Zach and the rest of the family receive news that their essential and beloved farm foreman Camerino is being deported to Mexico, and can no longer work in the United States.

Amy’s friends urge her to experience everything that single life has to offer – including dating. Amy isn’t sure she’s ready but dips her toe into the pool with a group singles outing, then plunges in headfirst by hosting her own party. And when a man asks her out, everything changes.

Matt, always one to take on projects, installs surveillance cameras to keep a watchful eye on the farm at all times. Amy is a very vocal opponent of having her ex-husband’s “big brother” cameras always watching. Matt also decks out a giant “preppers” box for emergencies, and engages the entire family to spend time in the bunker for a test run.

Meanwhile, Zach and Tori wrap up their first year of marriage with a special anniversary road trip. Jeremy and Audrey continue to explore their freedom as a young married couple in Bend, while feeling the pull of their family and the farm.

LITTLE PEOPLE, BIG WORLD is produced for TLC by Discovery Studios in association with Gay Rosenthal Productions.
