It’s official! Spectrum just announced they’ve ordered a revival of the ’90s TV show Mad About You.
The original comedy series starred Helen Hunt and Paul Reiser as a newlywed couple living in New York City. The show ran on NBC for seven seasons before ending in 1999.
Now, Mad About You is returning for a limited series on Spectrum Originals with stars Helen Hunt and Paul Reiser. The show is slated to debut in late 2019.

Los Angeles (March 6, 2019) – Charter Communications’ premium content initiative, Spectrum Originals, has picked up the limited series “Mad About You.” The Sony Pictures Television- produced series will include original cast, as Paul Reiser and Helen Hunt will reprise their roles as Paul and Jamie Buchman. Peter Tolan is tapped to be the showrunner, and Helen Hunt will direct the first episode. Danny Jacobson, who co-created the show with Reiser will serve as an executive consultant. The series is scheduled to launch in late 2019.
