TV show description:
This quirky sitcom follows the mishaps of adolescent genius Malcolm (Frankie Muniz) and his crazy family.

As the series begins, Lois (Jane Kaczmarek) and Hal (Bryan Cranston) have four children. Eldest Francis (Christopher Masterson) has been shipped off to military boarding school, leaving three brothers living at home; dim-witted but crafty Reese (Justin Berfield), Malcolm, and precocious and intelligent Dewey (Erik Per Sullivan). Later in the series, another son named Jamie (Kara and Jessica Sanford) is born.

Other characters include Lois’ dorky coworker, Craig Feldspar (David Anthony Higgins); Malcolm’s wheelchair-bound best friend, Stevie Kenarban (Craig Lamar Traylor); Stevie’s overprotective parents (Gary Anthony Williams and Merrin Dungey); Francis’ cadet friend, Eric Hanson (Eric Nenninger); Lois’ wicked mother, Ida (Cloris Leachman); and Francis’ wife, Piama Tananahaakna (Emy Coligado).
