It looks like Freeform and Marvel are sticking together. According to SpoilerTV, the network may have already renewed the upcoming TV show Marvel’s Cloak & Dagger for a second season before season one has even premiered.
The Marvel drama “is the story of Tandy Bowen (Olivia Holt) and Tyrone Johnson (Aubrey Joseph) – two teenagers from very different backgrounds, who find themselves burdened and awakened to newly acquired superpowers which are mysteriously linked to one another. The cast also includes Andrea Roth, Gloria Reuben, Miles Mussenden, Carl Lundstedt, James Saito and J.D. Evermore.
Per SpoilerTV, a source close to the show has revelaed production on season two of Marvel’s Cloak & Dagger is set to begin this summer. As or reporting, Freeform has not confirmed the news.
Marvel’s Cloak & Dagger is set to premiere in 2018.
