Marvel’s Inhumans has its lead. TVLine reports Hell on Wheels star Anson Mount has joined the upcoming ABC TV series.
Based on the Marvel Comics characters, the drama will follow “the story of Black Bolt and the royal family.” The cast also includes Iwan Rheon.
Mount will play the lead, Black Bolt, an “enigmatic, commanding King of the Inhumans, with a voice so powerful that the slightest whisper can destroy a city.” Rheon will play Maximus, Black Bolt’s power-hungry younger brother.
Marvel’s Inhumans is slated to debut on ABC this coming fall.
