What’s next for The Missing? Recently, creators Harry and Jack Williams spoke with RadioTimes about the future of the Starz TV show.
The anthology drama follows detective Julien Baptiste (Tchéky Karyo) as he solves cases of missing children. The cast also includes David Morrissey, Keeley Hawes, Jake Davies, Abigail Hardingham, Laura Fraser, and Roger Allam.
In the interview, Harry and Jack Williams said they were open to a third season of The Missing:
It would have to be very different, it would have to not be cynical, and it would have to be saying something new. Never say never.”
Star Tchéky Karyo said he hopes there will be many more seasons of the Starz series:
I hope there is still some skeleton in the closet for [series] 1, 2, 3… 4, 5, 6, 7! … The guy, you know, went through so many stories; I’m sure there are so many things to say. There was Hercule Poirot, and today we have Julien Baptiste!”
