Mistresses will have a new man involved in the action when the series returns with its fourth season on ABC later this summer. Jerry O’Connell is joining the cast of the series for at least four episodes, according to a report by TV Line.
O’Connell will play the new male nanny for Karen’s doctor friend on the series, and it was teased that things could heat up for O’Connell on the series.
TV Line revealed:
“While O’Connell’s character Robert — who moonlights as an actor — will initially be in charge of changing diapers and locating lost binkies, we hear there’s a possibility that inappropriate love (aka the only kind we really want to see on Mistresses) could eventually follow.”
