The Voice had a great premiere with the show’s best Monday ratings since last April. It was a very positive start for The Blacklist though its demo was 7% lower than Revolution’s a year earlier (4.1 rating). Of course, the real test will be to see how many people keep returning week after week.
How I Met Your Mother did extremely well but the debut was down year-to-year. However, that was nothing compared to the drop that 2 Broke Girls saw. Ouch. Mom’s ratings were a disappointment as well with a demo rating 19% lower than last fall’s Mike & Molly premiere. Hostages was also disappointing, in third place and on par with last season’s Hawaii Five-0 debut.
Dancing with the Stars saw a huge drop in week two but Castle was up year-to-year.
Bones also took a big hit opposite tougher competition. As expected, Sleepy Hollow dropped in week two but the decline wasn’t too bad and the show was in second place in its timeslot.
