In 1990 the horrific murder of 24 year-old Gregg Smart became a national media event when his attractive young wife, Pamela, was found to be having an affair with then teenager Billy Flynn who shot Gregg to death inside the Smarts’ home. The case was a shocking story of sex, scandal, jealousy and cold-blooded murder—one that inspired several TV shows, books and movies including the Hollywood blockbuster To Die For starring Nicole Kidman.
