UPDATE: We’ve been informed that Calvin Millan spoke in error and the show has not been cancelled. There’s no word as yet on the possibility of a third season.
Another show has been cancelled by its own creator. The Nick Alive blog reports that Cesar Millan’s son, Calvin Millan has confirmed the Mutt & Stuff TV show will end after two seasons on Nickelodeon.
A live-action preschool series, Mutt & Stuff is set in a unique school for dogs from Sid and Marty Krofft. According the reports, the younger Millan says it was the Kroftts who decided it was time to end Mutt & Stuff‘s run on Nickelodeon. It seems they’re quite busy on their Sigmund and the Sea Monsters reboot for Amazon.
According to the report, all told, there will be 73 episodes of the Mutt & Stuff TV show for fans to enjoy.
What do you think? Are you a fan of the Mutt & Stuff TV series? Is it ending at the right time, or do you wish it would be renewed for season three on Nickelodeon? Let us know, below.
