My Little Pony is getting ready for a new adventure on the big screen. According to Digital Spy, a new film is in the works, and it is scheduled for release in 2017.
However, the little ponies may have some big competition. The animated film will face down the next Thor film, Thor: Ragnarok. Both films are scheduled for November 2017 releases.
This new My Little Pony film will involve “Twilight Sparkle, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy and Raritye going on an adventure to save their home.” The film will be produced by Hasbro’s Allspark Pictures. Jason Thiessen is set to direct the film.
