The gang is getting back together. According to The Wrap, the original Mystery Science Theater 3000 cast will reunite for RiffTrax’s 10th anniversary.
Launched in 2006, RiffTrax was created by former MST3K comedians Michael J. Nelson, Kevin Murphy, and Bill Corbett. RiffTrax features audio commentaries of the three mocking movies like Sharknado and The Room.
The upcoming reunion will feature the original MST3K cast—Nelson, Murphy, Corbett, Joel Hodgson, Frank Conniff, Trace Beaulieu, Mary Jo Pehl, and Bridget Nelson—as well as Jonah Ray, the host of the new reboot series.
The reunion show will feature the cast riffing on a movie like old times. Fans will be able to see the live broadcast in selected theaters on June 28th. You can visit the Kickstarter here. Tickets go on sale beginning April 15th.
