Could CMT be giving Nashville fans an early Christmas present? TVLine reports season five of the country music drama may premiere in time for the holidays.
As we reported earlier, CMT picked up Nashville after ABC cancelled the show, which stars Hayden Panettiere and Connie Britton as country music stars. The cast also includes Clare Bowen, Charles Esten, and Jonathan Jackson.
Apparently, series creator Callie Khouri announced at the Grant Ole Opry that season five would premiere on CMT and Hulu in December. However, the network has not confirmed the news.
