Voldemort is coming to Nashville. Deadline reports Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets star Christian Coulson has joined season five of the CMT series.
This will be the first season of the country music drama to air on CMT after ABC cancelled the show earlier this year. Regular castmembers Hayden Panettiere, Connie Britton, Charles Esten, Sam Palladio, Jonathan Jackson, Clare Bowen, Lennon Stella, Maisy Stella, and Chris Carmack are all returning.
In season five, Coulson will play “Damien George, a sought-after British director who will be helming Gunnar Scott & Scarlett O’Connor’s first video. Confident and by turns charming and caustic, he has a specific vision for his work and gets off on pushing the limits of actors to achieve that vision.”
Season five of Nashville debuts on January 5th.
