ABC is teaming up with Shonda Rhimes once again. Deadline reports Shondaland is developing a new comedy for the network.
Currently, the production company has four series on ABC—How to Get Away with Murder, Scandal, Grey’s Anatomy, and The Catch—and the upcoming period drama, Still Star-Crossed.
From Liz Tuccillo, the untitled comedy “chronicles what happens after one of two female best friends passes away. When your bossy best friend dies, who steps up to take charge?” Tuccillo will executive produce alongside Rhimes and Betsy Beers.
