This isn’t a dream. The final season of Newhart has finally been released on DVD.
The classic CBS sitcom starred Bob Newhart and Mary Frann as a married couple who own and operate an inn in a small Vermont town. The cast also included Jennifer Holmes, Julia Duffy, Tom Poston, Steven Kampmann, and Peter Scolari. The series ran for eight seasons before ending in 1990.
The DVD contains the infamous series finale of Newhart, which revealed the wholes series was the dream of Dr. Bob Hartley, Newhart’s character in The Bob Newhart Show. Fans can buy the final season of Newhart on Amazon for $19.89.
