The Originals has some new company. TVLine reports Torrance Coombs and Jedidiah Goodacre have joined season five of the CW TV show.
As reported earlier, the new season will jump ahead eight years and center on Hope (Danielle Rose Russell) as a teenager. The cast also includes Joseph Morgan, Daniel Gillies, Phoebe Tonkin, Charles Michael Davis, Yusuf Gatewood, and Riley Voelkel.
On The Originals, Coombs will play “Declan, the flirty Irish chef with whom Hayley will be involved — at least physically, if not romantically.” Meanwhile, Goodacre has been cast as “Roman, the charming vampire who meets grown-up Hope.”
The fifth and final season of The Originals is slated to premiere on The CW in 2018.
