Outcast has some new company. Variety reports Briana Venskus has joined season two of the Cinemax TV series.
Based on the comic by Robert Kirkman and Paul Azeceta, the horror drama follows a young man who has been plagued by demonic possession all his life. The cast includes Patrick Fugit, Philip Glenister, Wrenn Schmidt, David Denman, Reg E. Cathey, Kate Lyn Sheil, and Brent Spiner.
On season two, Venskus will play “Officer Nuñez, an up-and-coming officer in the Rome police department.” She joins fellow new cast members C. Thomas Howell, M.C. Gainey, Madelyn Deutch, and Hoon Lee.
Cinemax has not yet announced the premiere date for season two of Outcast.
